Independent Contractor Status

~DKBB~ Web Sites & More (Company) will provide all services on an "Independent Contractor" status. A contract outlining all rights and responsibilities of both Company and Customer shall be entered into for all services provided.

Fees

~DKBB~ Web Sites & More reserves the right to change existing fees or to institute new fees at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Payment Policies

All work requires a certain down payment (see individual pages for each service's payment terms). All work is billed at the quoted hourly rate on a two-week cycle. Invoices are payable within 10 days from date of receipt. Work will be suspended on all accounts 30 days overdue. The Customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that Customer notifies Company in writing for a request for termination of services. Any down payment moneys remaining upon completion of work will be refunded. All payment is in U.S. currency. The Company will bill each client $50 per returned check. Credit cards are currently not accepted.

Cancellation

~DKBB~ Web Sites & More reserves the right to cancel service at any time. Fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and refunded by Company if Company institutes its right of cancellation.

Domain Name Registration

Customer agrees to pay ~DKBB~ Web Sites & More prior to the effectiveness of the desired domain name registration, the actual cost of such domain name registration, and, should Customer choose to renew the registration, subsequent renewals of the registration. All fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if Customer's domain name registration is suspended, cancelled or transferred prior to the end of Customer's then current registration term. Customer's requested domain name will not be registered unless and until we receive actual payment of the registration fee, and have confirmed Customer's registration in an email from Company to the email address indicated in Customer's registration information.

Privacy Policy

Customer information is not sold or exchanged without permission.

Lawful Purpose

~DKBB~ Web Sites & More reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All work contracted must be for lawful purpose only.
